I am so sorry but when I said the parcel hadn't arrived, it had. One of the boys must have signed for it and forgotten to tell me. The adopted dogs went to Holland today and i was putting things away that had been sent to us and i found the box under some dog blankets. it was dated the 18th August so it has been there all this time. I have opened it and taken pictures and I will send them to you as soon as I put the pictures on my PC. thank you for everything that was sent.

wederom ontzettend veel dank voor jullie donatie! Een doos vol antivlo- en teekmiddelen! Ik geloof niet dat jullie de Roemeense vrijwilligers blijer hadden kunnen maken. En ons ook natuurlijk. Vooral teken zijn een gigantisch probleem geweest deze zomer. Vooral in het Leila-asiel zag het er zwart uit van de teken. Toen we er waren, liepen de teken over onze voeten heen. Er waren twee acties nodig om honden en asielen te deparasiteren. Helaas zijn er toch tientallen honden overleden aan babesiose. Zoals jullie het lezen, jullie donatie is letterlijk life saving. I have just received some pictures from Marietta. She asked me to convey her great thankfulness to you for the nice and very useful things that you sent. Marietta still has a lot of dogs and the neighbors continue making troubles to her. On the pictures you can see a puppy – someone tossed it into her garden some days ago. These days one of her dogs has to be operated because it has a trauma on one of its joints. The head of the thigh bone should be cut off. Somebody kicked it very hard while the dog still lived at the street.

This is the vet we are working with. He is helping us by price reduction for the homeless animals and also is willing to work with medicines, supplied by us (from donations). The Animal Shelter in Bourgas is property of Municipality. The conditions are horrible, there is no proper surgery room. The vet who is hired with contract and works there is absolutely careless regarding the condition of the animals. For example castrations are made with non-absorbable threads, most of the animals are sick, but are not treated. We cannot take the risk to leave your donation there, because we are afraid it will not be used for the homeless animals. We visit the Shelter once a week and feed the animals ourselves, so we are sure the food we bring goes to the animals there. Some sick animals we take out and treat in licensed veterinary clinic, by recognized and trusted specialist.

here are some pics of the parcel you sent.  Also India the arab mare being wormed, and wearing her new head collar and rope, and also her new saddle cloth.  Archie the donkey is also wearing his new head collar and was also wormed.  The  dark grey pony has just arrived   (it was abandoned) and we will be looking for a new home when we have her paperwork sorted out. here are the photographs of the wonderful donation sent to Vocal by AMCF.  I hope they are ok for what you need.  Our very grateful thanks to you and the sponsors who make this possible.  The four kittens in the photo were dumped in a garden when less than 2 weeks old, despite the fact that we have done extensive work neutering in this village - sometimes it`s an uphill struggle.  But still, the kittens are doing really well.  Without help and support from organisations such as yours, we could not do the work we do.

Here r the photos with your blessed items donated to our shelter. They came in very handy and most useful for us.

U can c in one of them our volunteer, Ophirah is her name, who is in charge of the volunteers for our Society with one of the young volunteers, Netah is her name, who is only 12(!) years old but very mature for her age. Each Saturday they come (along with a few other volunteers) only to play with all the un happy kittens and cats who stay at our caged yards and our workers at the shelter do not have time to play with them.

The reddish hair male cat (in the photos - on the table) is one of our senior lodgers and does not stay in a cage of course. The shelter is his permanent home. He is very pretty, very heavy and very sweet to people so we named him Sweetie of course.

I’m sure you’ll notice that the cats loved the box more than the contents but we on the other hand……….

I’ve already started spraying about the sanctuary. I took a bottle to our blind residents (easy prey!!) and we love it (well us humans at least J). 6 bottles of frontline for us means at least 1st treatment against ticks and fleas for approx 200 cats that’s fantastic!! Your generous donation does make a difference and please pass this on to the non-believers. We as a charity prioritise our funds as food and medical treatment (on demand). To be able to treat everybody before they need the treatment (de-flea-ing and de-ticking) is a blessing – thank you, as minimal as your donators believe their contributions are, the effects they have are massive. We are indebted to these kind deeds. Please for their sake keep up the good work.

you can see one of our volunteers administering the spot on to our more permenant residents in Daegu. Most of our dogs in Daegu live in the adoption centre and are short stay residents but the dogs you see here are quiet and all but one used to live with Sunnan when they were puppies. They live happily in an area within our cat shelter. On this day we gave these dogs the 'Spot On' AMCF sent us and also gave them some worming pills. Without AMCF these dogs would not receive any vaccines or preventative medicines as there is just no money for it. So thank you.

Last month Canine Life Support organized 2 welfare camps and 3 clinic days in Sri Lanka. We were able to sterilize and vaccinate 74 dogs, of which 48 females and 27 males. Next to that there were 23 animals who were just vaccinated against rabies. We cannot do this great work without your help. You have donated many items to Canine Life Support and we are very thankful for that! Please see below two pictures of your donated items in Sri Lanka. I have to apologize because the dogs are absolutely not cooperative when it comes to taking photos!
In the two pictures below you see Bandit (brown/white) and Piti (grey) checking out the AMCF gifts. Piti and Bandit are both part of the Fabulous Five which can be virtually adopted via our website. Especially Piti benefits from your donation last month, because she suffers from difficult skin problems. I will also attach two pictures of her; one at the beginning of the month, and one a few weeks later, after medication and treatment with the skin cream you donated!

Attached are some of the photos with regards to efforts being carried out to treat the cat fleas/ticks.  The cats number more than 40 have been affected .  With the receipt of the Frontline which seems the best medicine to control this most infectious disease  there is marked imrpovement in our cats.  We are most grateful to the AMCF team for the immediate response which we received wthin a few days of our appeal.  The fast releif provided is of crucial help to the animal in distress and AMCF is the best.

We got the box, thank you so much !!!

Dear AMCF,
Thank you so much for the box we recently recieved. There were some toys, worming medicine and blankets. All much needed. The toys will go out to our Beoun Shelter in the country where the dogs are relaxed and have a little more space. The worming medicine will be used in our Daegu shelter where we regularily get small dogs in who have contracted worms on the streets. We will also use the towels and blankets in Daegu, mostly for cats and little puppies.
Fingers crossed for a great new year for all our dogs and cats in Daegu.

24/2 Good morning,i am writing to say a very big thank you to all at AMCF.My parcel has just arrived.I opened it,with help from my cat.
I cant begin to tell you how much it means to get support from you.
 I saw 2 dogs this morning,and already the items have been put to use.The flea spot on,and shampoo.The dogs were also given a collar.

The villagers are now bringing the dogs and puppies as soon as there is a problem,and also for vaccination,which is great.They are now caring for them.

Dr. Sotyanov has taken some more photos of the donated items. In the photos you will see dogs Gippi (brown hound-like) and Alain Delon (black and white) wearing the collars, with leads, playing with toy-ball and getting a brushing. The BSAPP facility is visible in the background. Unfortunately, it was a gloomy sub-zero temperature day so no sunshine to make the photos look more cheerful. Thankfully, Gippi was as playful as ever as you can see from the photo with the ball.

Gisteren is jullie pakketje aan gekomen en gelukkig was ik ook hier voor de bouw dus kan Warin het een en ander uitleggen qua medicatie

Morgen ga ik Warin uitleggen wat prednison doet en wanneer je dat kan gebruiken en hoe lang daar zij niet bekend is met corticosteroïden , maar er wel enkele honden zijn die het  hard nodig hebben

De zalf tegen jeuk werd meteen op vele honden gesmeerd die hier allang last van hadden

Wij danken jullie hartelijk voor jullie steun en Warin was verbaast over de goede kwaliteit van alle spullen, welke in Thailand vaak te wensen over laat

Wederom hartelijk dank voor de donatiebox vanuit AMCF. Er zitten weer allerlei zeer nuttige en bruikbare medische spullen bij die voor Elke zeker van pas komen. Ook de speeltjes zijn in goede pootjes gevallen. De ballen en touwen vinden gretig aftrek onder de hondenpopulatie op de finca en tijdens het uitdelen stonden alle neuzen vooraan om iets leuks te pakken te krijgen.   Nu ik zelf op Fuerteventura ben heb ik het op me genomen je een keer te berichten over de ontvangen donatiebox en wil graag namens Fuertedogs en Elke mijn dank uitspreken richting AMCF. Alle sympatisanten en donateurs stellen ons in staat te werken aan een beter hondenleven op Fuerteventura en honden te redden en te verzorgen.  In de bijlage de foto's die zijn gemaakt toen de hondjes de AMCF donatiebox hebben besnuffeld en bekeken. Dear Friends of AMCF,

As promised (finally) the pictures of the generous donation we were able to receive from AMCF.

What a huge surprise this was. As you can see from the reaction on the faces of our Vets, they were as happy and excited as we were ! CARF is extremely grateful to the donating company and especially AMCF for thinking of us and we will be putting your kind gifts to good use during our sterilisation projects, chemo treatments, operations and much more for the local animals in need.

The box with donations has arrived and as you can see from the attached pictures the dogs were very curious to see what was in it.  They really went for the toys.
I opened the box at my home as this is used as fosterhome for puppies, traumatised and wounded dogs. (The refuge has no adequate facilities for those animals)
In the pictures you can see Afrika and India (2 black 5 month old that were thrown into a disused watertank and left to die) - Taysa (4months)- left in a rubbish bin - Tornillo (2.5 Months) left in a container to die - Tyson & Cooper - Mastin puppies 2.5 months left in a carpark - Bella 3 year old Bearded collie who was pining away in the refuge and suffered from heartworm, Lollie the minipoodle who has no spincter muscle.
 We are very greatfull for what you send us.
 Once again thank you so very much from all the animals in our care.

Today was a day of much joy for our dogs, the package from AMCF have we received and we and the dogs get very happy because there where, de worm products, pipettes for fleas and ticks, products to heal wounds, bandages, anti-inflammatory material to cure and they love of our dogs…, trinkets and toys!!

We are delighted with the donation parcel received. It arrived just in time and contained medications, pipettes, surgical blades, toys, medical supplies and more. We are already using the pipettes for our lab work which is very important when doing diagnostic parasitology faecal samples here. Our vet nurse and a voluntary vet student can be seen using them in the photos. The surgical blades and syringes are always needed for injuries and medicine and the ex-pet monkeys love the dog toys which we stuffed with dried cranberries for enrichment. We were in need of small nursing bottles as we’ve recently got 3 small orphans in – one of which called Ash can be seen drinking from one of the new bottles in the photos, normal baby bottles are too big at this age. Thank you again from the monkeys & everyone at the Vervet Monkey Foundation.

We received our parcel today from AMCF and we are delighted, thank you so much...it was like Christmas had come early for us! 

All of the products are items we regularly need and use.The tick removing tools, fly repellent and fly mask will be greatly appreciated by our equines come next summer. The wormers,grooming glove and syringes will be put to good use straight away though. What a fantastic thing you do for so many organisations who struggle to keep helping the animals, especially when financial times are hard.

Equine Rescue France are very grateful to you, this has been a big help.

6/11 Thank you so so much for the gift of medications and collars and leads for our animals.  I have had a really hectic week and realised in the middle of the night last night that I handed all the stock over to the hospital team but forgot to take a photo!  The leads and collars have all gone to the mobile clinics and the meds are well into the system so I cant get it together to take pics....they snap up your goods like there is no tomorrow....

I will be doing a website update soon though and will make a new mention of your very kind gift to our animals in need. We are on www.animalrescue.org.za.
