In the beginning of January we have written to 13 shelters to ask them to give us a project, what they should do with 1000 euro. These 1000 euro can not be used for food and daily expenses but things like neutering projects, sheds etc. Two shelters thanked us but did not want to participate. Six shelters have send us their projects and 5 have not replied, eventhough we have send them several emails.
Our first intention was to put all 13 projects (if they would have responded) on the site and ask people to vote for their favorite after which we would grant the 5 projects with the most votes with 1000 euro each. However since we only got 6 projects we decided to honor all of them with 1000 euro. Every month, starting March we will highlight one of the projects. During six months you can support your favorite project by making a contribution.
