This video was done by the national TV Pro Tv.
This is the way how the city hall Slatina treats the stray dogs which are caught every week: they don't feed them (the dogs are eating each other), don't spay or treat them, they do nothing excepting the fact they close them behind the fences without even water...Despite the fact were bodies everywhere and bones, pieces of dog meat and dogs eating dead bodies, the city hall affirms everything is ok...
Thousands of dogs have found the slowly and painful death in the kennels of the Municipal shelter. (they have started 8-9 years ago). In their papers the expenses are: 100.000 Euros for building the shelter, and each month other 4000 Euros for food and salaries of the workers...
