Virtual Adoption Animals in Medical Need
One of the hardest things about running an Animal Shelter is the knowledge that some of the animals, through no fault of their own, may never be adopted. But, of course, one can never give up hope and in the meantime those animals still need, love, care and medical assistance.
This is where the idea of virtual adoption of an animal through AMCF will be of help. For as little as €2.50 per month, a person can sponsor an animal of their choice from the various animals that the Shelter feels has special needs. Ofcourse you can also help with a one-time donation for the animal of your choice.
In return the AMCF sends to the sponsor the following:
· A thank you letter
· A Christmas card
· Regular updates on the chosen animal’s progress
· If the sponsor animal is re-homed, then a new animal will be offered for sponsorship.
Once we have sponsors for the animal we will either buy the requested medicines or pay for the treatment it needs.
